Delivery & Returns

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. During sale periods, allow up to 7 business days for dispatch.

  • All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post
  • Authorisation to leave can be requested during checkout, however, Startrack reserves the right to not leave the parcel.
  • In that case, you will be responsible to pick up your parcel from the nominated collection point such as a local post office.
  • Unfortunately, we won’t be able to organise re-delivery.

 

International Deliveries

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. During sale periods, allow up to 7 business days for dispatch. Orders are shipped via DHL couriers.

We cannot accept any responsibilty for delays whilst in transit.

 

Return Conditions

Please ensure your return meets the following conditions before sending back your item/s. Please contact us if you have any queries.

Items that wish to be returned must be sent back within 21 days of purchase date.

Goods must be in their original condition with the tags attached, including original packaging.

No refunds on sale items, an exchange or credit voucher can be provided.

International orders that wish to be returned are to be done so at the buyer's expense.

 

Product Care

  • Machine wash in cold water with similar colours
  • Use mild detergent and avoid using fabric softeners, bleach or any other harsh chemicals
  • Tumble dry on low heat or air dry to preserve its softness and absorbency
  • Do not iron or dry clean 
  • Avoid exposing to direct sunlight for long periods of time to prevent fading
  • Keep away from sharp or abrasive objects that could damage the fabric
  • Store in a cool and dry place to prevent mold or mildew from forming.
